Warranty & product registration
At Doona, we develop innovative, high-quality products designed to endure, perform at the highest standards, and simplify parenthood. We stand behind our products and assure their quality. While all our products have been manufactured following the strictest global safety and meet the highest level of quality, a manufacturing defect or recall is still possible.
All genuine Doona products include a manufacturer’s commercial warranty as described below. This warranty applies to products that are genuine, unmodified, and used under normal conditions, and covers manufacturing and material defects. The manufacturer reserves the right to deny warranty service where defects are caused by improper handling or storage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or damage occurring after sale, and in cases where product history cannot be reasonably verified. Subject to the above, the manufacturer’s warranty for the different Doona products is as follows:
Doona Car Seats and Strollers and Doona Bases – 2 years
Liki Trikes – 1 year
Doona and Liki Accessories – 1 year
Note: the following products do not include a warranty: Doona Handlebar Covers, Liki T-shirts, Liki Caps, and Liki Sticker sets
This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any statutory rights or legal guarantees available to consumers under applicable law.
In case of a recall, we can only reach you if you fill out the registration form with your personal information and product details. To properly register your product, you must provide us with the information from the traceability sticker, a white label on the back of each product (accessories and spare parts are excluded). For help on where to locate the information about your product, see the images below.To guarantee your warranty, we ask that you register your product so we can provide unmatched customer care.
