Shipping costs

We are happy to offer free standard shipping within the continental US for orders over $75. All other orders will be shipped for a $7.90 flat-rate shipping. Please contact us for a quote on shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.

Shipping & delivery times

As COVID-19 continues to spread worldwide, our current delivery time is 5-10 business days from the date of purchase. We will do our best to deliver your orders in time and ask for your understanding should your order arrive later than expected.

Shipping terms

• We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

• Adult signature will be required for all orders at the time of delivery.

• We recommend downloading the UPS or FedEx application to track your shipping and make sure you will be available to receive the delivery upon arrival.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package was lost or damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery with the package carrier.

Lost or damaged packages must be reported to us within 24 hours of the carrier-reported delivery date. Unfortunately, package theft is increasingly common, and we are not responsible for items stolen from residences or businesses.

In the rare event that a package is lost, we will work with the shipping company to conduct a lost package search.

In most cases of damaged packages, we will need to inspect the damaged product before sending a replacement. In cases in which the shipping company confirms it damaged the package, a replacement can be sent once the carrier has taken possession of the damaged product.

Undeliverable or refused shipments

• UPS/FedEx or the selected carrier will make a total of 3 attempts to deliver your package.

• If you refuse a shipment from Doona, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Changes & cancellations

Only order cancellations and changes within 2 hours of order placement are guaranteed. After that, depending on how far along your order fulfillment is, we may not be able to make any updates or changes.

• If you need to change any detail or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible by replying to the order confirmation email.

• If you need to cancel your order after it has already shipped, we will charge a fee equal to 15% of the order value to cover associated shipping costs and redirect fees.

• If you need to change the shipping address after your order has shipped, we will charge a redirect fee of $20 per package.

Price adjustments

If previously purchased merchandise is marked down within seven (7) days of the original order date, Doona will adjust the price of an item, once.

To receive a price adjustment, please contact us. Please include your original order number with your request.

Eligible refunds will be applied to your original form of payment.


We want you to be happy with your order! If you would like to return your order for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your receipt for refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must be returned in the original packaging including all stickers and inserts. Merchandise returned not in the received original condition and packaging may result in a re-stocking fee of 30% or may not qualify for a refund.

• If the refund request is due to a product quality issue, we will send you a return label to return the product to us. You will not be responsible for any shipping charges.

• If the refund request is for any other reason, once your return request is approved, you may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the return will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received. You may also ship the order back to us using a national carrier you prefer (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Please make sure to include your RMA # in the reference field so that it will appear on the return label.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Refunds can only be given to the same credit card the purchase was made on. If an item was purchased as a gift, we can either refund the original credit card or an exchange can be made.

• All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

• Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.

If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account)in the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
