Production Manager

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents & children. As we continue to grow, we seek a Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise production processes on the production floor.
• Planning and executing a work plan for production according to company requirements.
• Supervising plastic injection processes and ensuring product quality.
• Handling technical issues and resolving malfunctions in real-time.
• Improving and optimizing production and assembly processes.
• Maintaining safety protocols and compliance with international standards.
• Collaborating with teams in Israel and China.
• Setting up assembly lines for new products.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in plastic injection and production floor management.
• In-depth technical knowledge of plastic production and injection processes.
• Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
• High-level English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
